The Chemical Testing Laboratory primarily analyzes elements such as carbon, sulfur, manganese, phosphorus, silicon, nickel, copper, chromium, molybdenum, titanium, and aluminum in various steels and alloys. Equipped with: German-imported direct-reading spectrometers, HW2000B high-frequency infrared carbon-sulfur analyzers, TU-1900 spectrophotometers, and other testing instruments capable of detecting multiple elements with automatic data and curve display.

The Physical Testing Laboratory primarily conducts mechanical property testing on steel, alloys, components, and other materials. Equipped with an SHT4106 electro-hydraulic servo universal testing machine, a WEW-300C hydraulic universal testing machine, and a JB-300B pendulum impact tester, the laboratory can perform tests including room-temperature tensile testing up to 1000 kN, Z-direction tensile testing of steel plates, plate bending tests, and torque coefficient testing of bolted joint assemblies.

The Electrical Laboratory is a comprehensive facility integrating training, testing, and commissioning capabilities, equipped with both simulated and physical operation functions. It houses multiple brands of PLC control systems, human-machine interface systems, various AC variable frequency drive systems, fieldbus systems including PROFIBUS-DP and CC-LINK, as well as diverse industrial configuration software systems.

The metallographic hardness testing room is primarily equipped with German-imported Zeiss Vert.A1 metallographic microscopes, XJL-03 metallographic microscopes, and TH320 full Rockwell hardness testers. It can perform inspections on steel and alloys, forgings, castings, heat-treated parts, and welded test plates for parameters such as grain size, decarburization depth, and carburization depth. It also performs surface hardness testing on coatings, carburized layers, and non-ferrous metals.

In 2009, our company was honored as an Advanced Unit in Metrology Work in Henan Province. We have established three metrological standards: a vernier caliper calibration device, a micrometer gauge calibration device, and a dial indicator calibration device. Our primary equipment includes a JD9A Projection Micrometer, a JX13B Computerized Universal Tool Microscope, and a ZKJ-10B Grating Indicator Calibrator.

The Non-Destructive Testing Laboratory employs Level III ultrasonic testing personnel and Level II personnel in ultrasonic, radiographic, magnetic particle, and penetrant testing. Key equipment includes over ten instruments such as X-ray flaw detectors, multi-purpose magnetic particle inspection units, and digital ultrasonic flaw detectors. Testing scope covers welds, forgings, castings, profiles, and non-metallic materials. The laboratory accurately locates and evaluates material defects, measures material thickness, and records inspection results.
