<p>The specific work process is as follows: It picks up the arranged cathode and anode plates from the row-spacing unit and transports them to empty electrolytic cells for installation (cell loading). After electrolysis is complete, it removes the cathode plates and transports them to the washing unit. Finally, it removes the depleted anode scrap and sends it to the washing unit. <p><strong>The anode carbon block stacking crane</strong> is a specialized transfer equipment for carbon block warehouses in carbon plants. It mainly consists of a bridge, crane travel mechanism, hoisting mechanism, guiding device, clamping device, control system, and electric hoist. It is used for gripping and transporting green and baked carbon blocks in the anode carbon block warehouse, as well as other occasional lifting tasks. Its integrated clamp can grip 19 or 21 longitudinally arranged anode carbon blocks at a time for往返 stacking or truck loading. It can also remove defective blocks and insert qualified blocks, and can stack up to 9 layers high.</p>



<p>The crane utilizes dual drive for the main girder travel. The entire machine is controlled by frequency conversion plus PLC. All crane movements are operated from the operator&#8217;s cab, which is equipped with an adjustable heating and air conditioning system.</p>
