Its primary tasks are to automatically handle and stack green anode carbon blocks and baked anode carbon blocks within the carbon block warehouse, making it key equipment for mechanizing carbon block storage management.

Introduction

The anode carbon block stacking crane is a specialized transfer equipment for carbon block warehouses in carbon plants. It mainly consists of a bridge, crane travel mechanism, hoisting mechanism, guiding device, clamping device, control system, and electric hoist. It is used for gripping and transporting green and baked carbon blocks in the anode carbon block warehouse, as well as other occasional lifting tasks. Its integrated clamp can grip 19 or 21 longitudinally arranged anode carbon blocks at a time for往返 stacking or truck loading. It can also remove defective blocks and insert qualified blocks, and can stack up to 9 layers high.

The crane utilizes dual drive for the main girder travel. The entire machine is controlled by frequency conversion plus PLC. All crane movements are operated from the operator’s cab, which is equipped with an adjustable heating and air conditioning system.

Guiding DeviceEnsures the clamp is stable, sway-free, and precisely aligned during lifting, lowering, and traveling, making it crucial for ensuring stacking accuracy.
Electric HoistInstalled on one side of the bridge, used for lifting single anode carbon blocks or performing occasional handling tasks as auxiliary operations.
Electrical & Control SystemThe brain of the equipment. This Weihua crane features functions such as automatic detection, positioning, judging carbon block stack height and missing blocks, and integrates onboard monitoring.
