Introduction

The Quayside Container Crane (简称 quayside crane) is specialized lifting equipment used at the forefront of container terminals for loading and unloading container ships. Its function is to directly discharge containers from the ship onto the wharf or onto trucks, or to load containers from the wharf or trucks onto the ship.

The design, manufacturing, and inspection of the Quayside Container Crane comply with international standards such as FEM, DIN, IEC, AWS, and GB. The quayside container crane mainly consists of an electrical control system, metal structure, four major mechanisms (hoisting mechanism, trolley travel mechanism, luffing mechanism, gantry travel mechanism), trolley assembly, tilting and spreader anti-collision protection device, and auxiliary devices. All mechanisms utilize full digital AC variable frequency drive and PLC control with unique speed regulation technology, offering flexible control and high precision. It is equipped with various specifications of single-box and twin-box container spreaders, with an optional electronic anti-sway function. Main product specifications include 35t, 41t, 51t, and 65t.
