Introduction

Weihua bridge erection gantry is a large-scale specialized construction equipment designed specifically for bridge construction projects such as highways and railways. It is primarily used to safely, efficiently, and precisely erect precast box girders or T-beams on construction sites. It integrates Weihua’s technological expertise in heavy structural design, high-precision motion control (anti-sway and automatic positioning), and equipment intelligence. It is designed to meet the stringent requirements of large tonnage, high precision, and high safety in modern bridge construction.

The WH-JQJH 900t bridge erection gantry is mainly composed of the main beam, cantilever beam, lower guide beam, front and rear legs, auxiliary legs, girder lifting trolley, cantilever hoist, and electro-hydraulic system. It is suitable for erecting single-span simply supported beams of three different span lengths, offering high operational efficiency.

This type of bridge erection gantry can erect straight and curved (R>2000m) lines, with longitudinal slopes <20, for 20m, 24m, 32m equal spans, variable spans, and full-span prestressed concrete box girders. In addition to standard bridge erection operations, it can also handle tasks such as first/last span erection, curved erection, variable span erection, spanning continuous beams, composite beams, continuous rigid frames, existing bridge erection, and simply supported to continuous span erection. It offers advantages including simply supported erection, fixed-point lifting, good stability during girder lifting, high operational efficiency, safety and reliability, convenient span adjustment, and ease of operation.
