LD electric single-girder overhead crane is a small-tonnage lifting equipment. It adopts a lightweight and modular design, featuring a simple structure, light deadweight, safety and reliability, energy efficiency, and ease of operation and maintenance. It is widely used for small to medium-sized lifting operations in workshops, warehouses, power stations, and other locations.

The LD electric single-girder overhead crane has a lifting capacity of 1t-20t, a span of 7.5-28.5m, a working class of A3-A4, and an operating ambient temperature of -25℃~40℃. It offers two operation modes: ground control and cabin control. The operator’s cab is available in open and closed types, and can be installed on the left or right side according to the actual situation. The cab entrance can be on the side or end, allowing users to choose according to various needs.

Structural Composition

A single-girder crane mainly consists of a main girder, end carriages, an electric hoist, a travel mechanism, and an electrical control system. The characteristics of each component are as follows:
