To strengthen the safety production responsibility system and encourage all employees to uphold safety bottom lines, Henan Weihua held the 2025 Safety Award Distribution and 2026 Safety Target Responsibility Agreement Signing Conference on January 16 at Weihua Intelligent Industrial Park.
The conference comprehensively reviewed the completion status of the 2025 safety production targets, signed the 2026 safety target responsibility agreements, and commended the teams and individuals who demonstrated outstanding performance in safety management.
Xie Baohua, Chairman of Henan Weihua, attended the conference and delivered a speech. Dai Yanyun and Zhou Hehua, Directors of Henan Weihua, along with heads of functional departments such as the Production Department, Equipment Department, and Warehousing Department, as well as personnel signing the safety target responsibility agreements, attended the conference.

Xie Baohua, Chairman of Henan Weihua, delivered a speech.
Xie Baohua highly affirmed the achievements made in safety work in 2025 and put forward six requirements for the work in 2026: First, improve the responsibility system and clarify the rights and responsibilities of first-responsibility personnel at all levels. Second, build a “trinity” prevention and control network to enhance the safety awareness of all employees. Third, strengthen on-site management and strictly prevent the tendency of prioritizing production over safety. Fourth, promote joint participation of all employees, refine responsibility divisions, and implement a “responsibility to individuals” mechanism. Fifth, advance the normalization of risk prevention and control to ensure the dynamic elimination of hazards. Sixth, innovate training models to promote the transformation from passive instruction to active prevention.
Xie Baohua emphasized that safety is the bottom line and red line for enterprise development. All employees should take this conference as an opportunity to build a solid safety defense line with higher standards and stricter requirements, providing a strong guarantee for the high-quality development of Henan Weihua.

Safety Management Awards Presented

Dai Yanyun, Director of Henan Weihua, provided an in-depth interpretation of the 2026 Safety Target Responsibility Agreement Assessment Plan, the “Near Miss” Incident Safety Management Implementation Plan, and the 100-Day Zero Accident Incentive Plan. She clarified the assessment criteria, risk prevention and control pathways, and positive incentive rules, establishing both the “red lines” and the “direction” for safety management.

Heads of all departments and teams, including Production, Equipment, Warehousing, and Administration, signed the 2026 Safety Target Responsibility Agreements on-site, promoting safety responsibilities from “paper” to “practice” through “contract-based management” and establishing a safety responsibility network with “clear hierarchies and aligned rights and responsibilities.”
This conference served not only as a “review meeting” and “commendation meeting” for the safety work of 2025, but also as a “mobilization meeting” and “deployment meeting” for the safety campaign of 2026. Through reward and incentive mechanisms, institutional iteration, and high-level leadership, Henan Weihua further consolidated the consensus of “safety first,” injecting strong momentum into safe production for the new year of 2026 and supporting Weihua’s steady and long-term development on the track of high-quality growth.
