On the morning of January 14, the completion ceremony of Weihua’s 2025 Craftsman Class was grandly held at Weihua Intelligent Industrial Park.
Xie Baohua, Chairman of Henan Weihua, attended the ceremony and delivered a speech. Niu Pengchao and Dai Yanyun, Directors of Henan Weihua, along with heads of production teams, all graduating trainees, and instructors participated in the ceremony, witnessing this glorious moment together.
At the completion ceremony, Xie Baohua extended her congratulations to the 2025 Craftsman Class trainees and outlined the training directions for 2026.
Xie Baohua emphasized that all trainees must remain true to their original aspirations, approaching every process with a sense of reverence and scrutinizing every detail to create products that can stand the test of scrutiny. They must strive for continuous improvement and persistently enhance their skills to help Weihua lead the industry. They must shoulder their responsibilities, strictly uphold quality standards, safeguard Weihua’s brand reputation with reliable quality, and support the company’s internationalization strategy. Furthermore, they must carry forward the spirit of craftsmanship, leading by example to elevate the skill level of the entire workforce.
Xie Baohua pointed out that the spirit of craftsmanship is the core driving force behind the company’s development. She encouraged the trainees to regard this completion as a new starting point, to internalize the spirit of craftsmanship and manifest it in their actions, pursuing excellence in their ordinary positions and injecting strong momentum into the high-quality development of Henan Weihua.

The instructor representative and the student representative took turns to speak, highly commending the teaching effectiveness of the Craftsman Class. This session’s Craftsman Class was guided by the core principle of “integration of industry and education,” innovatively establishing a teaching system characterized by “real project-driven learning and standards aligned with international practices.” The company’s technical standards were transformed into a modular teaching syllabus, ensuring that trainees not only mastered individual skills but also acquired international engineering thinking covering the entire process of design, manufacturing, and operation and maintenance. This integrated “learning by doing” training model enabled trainees to rapidly evolve from “skill operators” into “technical problem-solvers,” laying a solid foundation for their future participation in international project competition.
At the ceremony, craft level certificates were awarded to 32 personnel who passed the craftsman assessment. This not only serves as an authoritative recognition of the craftsmen’s professional capabilities but also marks a new stage where Weihua’s “craftsman echelon construction” has entered a standardized and systematic phase.
This completion ceremony was not only a comprehensive review of the phased achievements of the Craftsman Class but also demonstrated Weihua’s strategic determination to forge the soul of craftsmanship with dedication and strengthen intelligent manufacturing with talent.
