
On December 13, the 2025 Internship Summary Report Meeting for College Students of Henan Weihua was successfully held at Weihua Intelligent Industrial Park. The meeting focused on inspecting internship achievements, planning career growth, and empowering the value of talents. It built an exclusive platform for new employees to showcase their风采, exchange and learn from each other, and clarify their directions, helping new employees integrate faster and transform their roles.

The college students recruited through campus recruitment in 2025 took turns to make work reports on stage. Supported by “data + cases”, they systematically reviewed from dimensions such as the completion of internship tasks, the trajectory of skill improvement, and insights from team collaboration. They not only objectively analyzed their own advantages and areas for improvement but also clearly defined growth goals in line with job requirements. From “mastering basic operation processes” to “independently undertaking design tasks”, and from “familiarizing with departmental collaboration processes” to “actively proposing optimization suggestions”, they demonstrated a solid professional foundation and a positive and enterprising growth attitude.

Zhou Hehua highly affirmed the remarkable growth and transformation of the college interns since their entry, and fully appreciated their leap – forward progress from inexperienced students to new talents in the workplace. She emphasized that interns need to temper their professional confidence in confident expression, shape a professional image in deportment and self – cultivation, and more importantly, deepen the consensus on collaboration through the unity of knowledge and action, so as to promote the synchronous resonance of personal growth and team development, and fully demonstrate individual value in collective efforts.
Zhou Hehua called on the new forces of Weihua to always maintain their enthusiasm for exploration, use “the light of theory” to calibrate the direction of practice, and write a practical answer with “the pen of innovation”. Let’s work together to inject surging youthful energy into Weihua’s innovation ecosystem and run at the acceleration of the younger generation on the track of high – quality development.

Yu Haiyang highly affirmed the phased performance of the college students, appreciated the professional potential and positive demeanor they demonstrated in practice. At the same time, he pointed out the current shortcomings and emphasized the need to continuously improve with a “zero – tolerance” attitude.
Regarding personal career development, Yu Haiyang put forward suggestions from three dimensions: build a solid professional foundation with professionalism and rigor to ensure that every task can stand up to scrutiny; cultivate the internal driving force for growth through lifelong learning and remain sensitive in technological iterations; resist impetuosity with the sincere original aspiration of deeply engaging in the industry and let love be the driving force to break through bottlenecks. He encouraged new colleagues to face challenges head – on, collaborate to overcome difficulties, strengthen their abilities by making up for shortcomings, and sharpen their edges in practice, and jointly move to a higher level.
