In order to thoroughly implement the strategy of building a quality – powerful country and comprehensively enhance the quality awareness and management level of all employees, on the evening of August 28, Henan Weihua grandly held the kick – off meeting for the Quality Month in 2025. Xie Baohua put forward specific requirements and arrangements regarding the improvement of quality work in the next stage. First, every Weihua employee should establish the work standard of “getting it right the first time”, strive for one – step – in – place work quality, avoid rework and repetition, and effectively improve work efficiency. Second, employees should be good at taking the initiative to learn and continuously improve their skills in daily work, integrating self – growth into on – the – job practice. Third, every manager must earnestly fulfill their management responsibilities, promptly guide and track the resolution of problems in their subordinates’ work, and achieve closed – loop management of problems. Fourth, clarify their own quality red lines, prevent the recurrence of similar problems through the review mechanism and closed – loop management, and promote the sharing and implementation of excellent practices. Fifth, vigorously promote the craftsmanship spirit, encourage employees to strive for excellence, and continuously improve the product quality in terms of reliability, stability, and aesthetics.

Niu Pengchao, the director of the manufacturing management system, spoke on behalf of the production system. He emphasized that the manufacturing management system will take welding and painting processes as important breakthrough points to continuously promote product quality upgrading. He required all employees in the production system to consolidate quality responsibilities, strictly abide by process standards, and ensure high – standard and strict – requirement control of every production link to jointly safeguard the golden brand of Henan Weihua.

Dai Yanyun emphasized that the core goal of this Quality Month activity is to “cultivate both internally and externally to create high – quality products”, closely integrating appearance quality with internal quality and achieving the unity of details and standards. She required all departments such as technology, process, production, and quality inspection to take active actions, control quality from the design source, strive for excellence in the production process, and hold the bottom line during the inspection stage. She called on all personnel to adopt the attitude of “pursuing excellence and being consistent in appearance and essence”, pool their efforts, overcome difficulties, and jointly inject continuous and solid impetus into the long – term development of the enterprise.

With the successful convening of the kick – off meeting, the “Quality Month” activity of Henan Weihua in 2025 officially kicked off. Next, the company will organize a series of special activities such as quality training, special inspections of quality management, inspection skills competitions, online answering of comprehensive quality management knowledge contests, and evaluations of quality – advanced individuals.
