Han Hong’an shared three reflections at the gala:
First, gratitude. Han Hong’an expressed deep appreciation to the Party and the nation. He stated that under the favorable policies of reform and opening-up, private enterprises have found fertile ground to thrive, enabling over ten thousand Weihua employees to lead stable and happy lives. He also extended heartfelt thanks to all employees who have stood shoulder to shoulder with Weihua through thick and thin.
Second, constant reflection. Quoting the ancient adage “prosper in adversity and perish in ease,” he urged all Weihua people to transform this sense of urgency into conscious action. By focusing on core aspects such as design, production, and installation, and continuously engaging in self-examination and innovation, Weihua will achieve leapfrog development and jointly build an advanced, excellent, and employee-friendly enterprise.
Third, firm confidence. He stated that Weihua’s 37-year development journey is a history of continuous transcendence and pioneering spirit. Looking ahead, he hopes all Weihua people will maintain high morale, unite in purpose, and contribute Weihua’s wisdom and strength to the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.

Li Guoqiang stated that facing dual challenges of market waves and industry transformation, all Weihua people have driven the company forward against adversity through firm belief, tenacious will, and selfless dedication. In the first three quarters of 2025, the company has achieved phased results in various operational indicators, for which he expressed sincere gratitude to every employee.
With the decisive battle cry for the fourth quarter already sounded, Li Guoqiang put forward clear requirements focusing on five areas: strengthening quality foundations and breaking into overseas markets; establishing financial thinking and jointly reducing costs while increasing efficiency; concentrating on customer value to earn deep trust; expanding diversified markets and securing high-quality orders; building efficient engines to ensure timely delivery. He called on everyone to tackle difficulties with intensified efforts.
Facing the critical phase ahead, Li Guoqiang expressed firm confidence that through the joint efforts of all Weihua people, the 2025 annual tasks will be successfully completed, propelling Weihua into a new stage of higher-quality development.

She noted that facing fierce market competition, the road ahead remains challenging. Weihua employees and their children showcased diverse talents through multilingual performances of “Boundless Oceans, Vast Skies,” melodious flute rendition of “Big Fish,” beloved classics “I Only Care About You” and “Wishing We Last Forever,” and inspirational songs “Be Your Own Light” and “As Wished.” The stunning martial arts finale elevated the gala to new heights.
Finally, all employees sang “Ode to the Motherland” in unison, expressing love and blessings through powerful vocals. The gala concluded triumphantly.
