Its running speed can reach up to 200 meters per minute, and the highest precision can reach 0.02 millimeters. It can easily achieve precise grasping, placing, and transfer of materials, greatly improving production efficiency.
At the same time, this product is also equipped with the WEIHUA Crane Butler and the AlCrane intelligent control system, which can achieve unmanned operation. Through the integration of AI control algorithms, predictive digital twin technology, and virtual sensing technology, traditional terminals such as lasers and vision are eliminated, making the overall structure more compact and efficient.

Particularly noteworthy is that at this expo, Henan Weihua “opened the source” of the core module of the “high – speed and high – precision distributed control system” of the Space Robot, sharing the design details with peers, reconstructing the innovation ecosystem of the lifting equipment industry with strong technological confidence and strength, and injecting new momentum into the localization process of intelligent logistics equipment.


The “high – speed and high – precision distributed control system” deeply integrates key components such as motion control, servo drive, rectifier unit, and low – voltage electrical control modules. Each module has a clear division of labor and close cooperation, with ultra – high – speed data processing capabilities, high – precision control accuracy, and powerful distributed collaborative functions, enabling precise control of the Space Robot and ensuring its efficient and stable operation under complex working conditions.
This system adopts a dual – redundant designed data link to comprehensively ensure the high – speed and real – time transmission of data, building a solid and reliable data transmission “double – insurance” mechanism for the entire system to ensure that production instructions reach every key node of the system accurately, timely, and efficiently.

Multiple servo modules share one rectifier unit, reducing the energy consumption of the entire system by more than 40%, truly achieving both high efficiency and energy conservation. The design without an electrical cabinet saves up to 60% of the cable cost, greatly improving the convenience of debugging and maintenance, effectively shortening the project implementation cycle and providing a solid guarantee for the rapid production of enterprises.
