Within just 5 days, the Weihua installation service team successfully completed the task of replacing the trolleys of 3 metallurgical cranes in the casting workshop of a steel plant in Anhui. Due to the extremely tight construction period, team members worked an average of more than 15 hours a day.

The configurations of these 3 cranes could no longer meet the requirements of the latest national standards, so it was necessary to replace the trolley mechanisms and related supporting cables, electrical appliances and other equipment.
However, the renovation project faced an extremely harsh working environment. There was severe dust in the steel casting workshop, with visibility sometimes less than 50 centimeters, and dust piled up on the ground like a mountain, posing huge challenges to the work.
