Cui Peng, Chairman of Henan Weihua, provided a detailed explanation of the essence of integrity and emphasized the necessity and importance of self-discipline in maintaining integrity. Cui pointed out that integrity plays a pivotal role in fostering a fair and orderly competitive environment, promoting the sound and healthy development of the enterprise, and supporting employees’ long-term career planning. He urged all employees to develop a proper understanding of the resources and authority associated with their positions, systematically identify integrity risks, and prevent problems before they arise. Additionally, heads of relevant departments should actively cultivate employees’ sense of belonging and responsibility toward the company, ensuring they truly understand their duties, clarify their roles, exert their efforts, and fulfill their responsibilities, thereby driving continuous improvement in the company’s operational management.
