1. During the design phase, software (ANSYS) was used to simulate and analyze various operational conditions of the product, adjusting load stresses to ensure the product possesses wind resistance, seismic resistance, collision protection, and anti-overturn capabilities.

2. The hoisting drum employs a double-layer parallel winding structure with a rope guide mechanism to prevent wire rope from jumping out of the groove due to excessive deviation angles during lifting operations, ensuring operational safety.

3. All mechanisms employ variable-frequency electrical control systems featuring load balancing, high-precision positioning, and automatic outrigger alignment correction. This enables slow operation under full load and rapid operation under light load, effectively addressing safe switching between multiple operating conditions such as simultaneous lifting with multiple hooks versus independent lifting with a single hook.

4. Equipped with a safety monitoring system, it provides multiple functions including management, status monitoring, recording, traceability, audible alarm notifications, and visual display for operational tasks and running parameters.

5. The entire machine features elevator and emergency stairway access, enabling operators and maintenance personnel to reach the operator cab, high/low control rooms, and upper girder via stairs or elevator for convenient entry and exit.
