On August 30th, in order to enhance the quality awareness of all employees, truly implement the call of “implementing the quality – power strategy and promoting the improvement of quality and efficiency”, and promote the stable development of the enterprise, Henan Weihua held the kick – off meeting of the Quality Month activity. Xie Baohua, the executive president of Henan Weihua, Niu Pengchao, the director of the Quality, Safety and Environment Center, Ding Haiyang, the director of the Technology R & D Center, Dai Yanyun, the deputy director of the Manufacturing Management Center, as well as personnel above the deputy – department – head level and production team leaders of Henan Weihua attended the meeting, which was presided over by Wang Shuang, the deputy director of the Quality, Safety and Environment Center.

Xie Baohua pointed out the improvement directions for the product quality improvement of Henan Weihua in seven aspects, including design, production, and quality inspection:
● Create an atmosphere of “everyone pays attention to quality” within the company and increase the publicity of quality culture.
● Take advanced teams as benchmarks, encourage self – pressure for progress, and at the same time strengthen the cultivation of outstanding craftsmen.
● Seek a balance between speed and quality, keep in mind that quality and safety come first, and create high – quality products for customers.
● Quality inspectors are the gatekeepers of quality. We should adhere to the problem – oriented approach, set high standards and strict requirements, and discover and solve problems as early as possible.
● The technology system should focus on reducing the technology change rate and establish and improve the mutual – review mechanism.
● All employees should actively participate in the Quality Month activity, re – examine the work quality, and organize key breakthroughs in a targeted manner.
● Promote the improvement of economic benefits through quality improvement. Every employee should strive to be a quality defender and interpret the connotation of quality with practical actions.

Ding Haiyang said that high – quality technical design is an effective guarantee for product manufacturing. The Technology Center will widely carry out quality improvement activities, cooperate with other centers, promote and apply advanced quality technology management methods, and continuously output high – quality design documents and high – level manufacturing processes for the company.
Dai Yanyun, Deputy Director of the Manufacturing Management Center, Delivered a Speech
Dai Yanyun said that the Manufacturing Management Center will implement measures from multiple aspects such as knowledge cultivation, execution, equipment guarantee, and setting up advanced models to promote the development of quality improvement work. At the same time, it will strictly adhere to the quality bottom line and strictly control the quality acceptance to contribute solidly to the high – quality development of the company.

Henan Weihua will actively create a good atmosphere where everyone cares about quality, attaches importance to quality, and creates quality by organizing quality training, carrying out special quality management inspections, holding skill competitions, and learning and exchanging quality management experience, and produce an effective and high – level Quality Month achievement.

With sonorous and powerful oaths, they made a solemn commitment to product quality and service quality, demonstrating the firm determination of all employees of the company to provide high – quality products for customers.
