On March 9, Henan Weihua held its quarterly technical system meeting. Cui Peng, Chairman of Henan Weihua, Ding Haiyang, Director of R&D Center and Technology Center, and all staff of Henan Weihua’s technical system attended the meeting.
At the meeting, Cui Peng conducted a profound analysis of the current problems and deficiencies in Henan Weihua’s technical system. Combining with the company’s development strategy, he provided targeted guidance and arranged key tasks. Cui Peng encouraged all staff of the technical system to continue improving work efficiency and design quality with innovative ideas, and to strengthen the construction of talent echelons. He hoped that everyone would keep learning, be brave in innovation, and create greater value for the enterprise while developing personally.
Ding Haiyang, Director of R&D Center and Technology Center of Henan Weihua, briefly explained the ongoing reforms and recent work priorities of the R&D Center and Technology Center.
On March 10, Cui Peng, Ding Haiyang, Wu Haizhao and their team visited the Zhengzhou R&D Center, had open communication with all staff, and deployed specific next steps.
