Circular Pipe Belt Conveyor
The DG550X627m circular pipe belt conveyor used in this project has a length of 627m, a conveying capacity of 2500t/h, a belt speed of 4.8m/s, and a pipe diameter of 550mm, representing a larger specification within the industry.
1. This equipment extensively utilizes long-span trusses, including 36m, 69m, and 77m trusses. The truss design has reached an advanced domestic level.
2. It is equipped with features such as arc adjustable baffles, adjustable angle chutes, and self-dust-suppressing feed chutes, effectively reducing dust emissions.
3. Intelligent detection safety baffles are installed at the pipe forming section of the circular pipe conveyor belt to prevent belt bulging, effectively ensuring safe and balanced operation of the equipment.
The person in charge of the pipe belt conveyor equipment at the project site was full of praise for Weihua products. Four-bar Link Portal Slewing Crane
The two MQ4045 portal cranes included in this project are multi-purpose four-bar link portal slewing cranes recently put into formal operation by Weihua at a northern seaport wharf. This marks a new level in Weihua Port Machinery’s delivery capabilities, contributing further to the company’s development in the port machinery industry.
1. It adopts a boom structure design that offers the best stability and minimizes the horizontal height difference of the load during luffing.
2. It is a multi-purpose portal crane integrating an electric slewing hook, grab, and container spreader, ensuring high handling efficiency.
3. It features four major mechanisms: hoisting, luffing, slewing, and traveling, allowing for individual or combined actions of hoisting, slewing, and luffing within its working range.
4. It can perform safety protections such as emergency control, pedestrian collision avoidance, same-track collision avoidance, grab collision avoidance, and overload detection, ensuring safe and reliable operation during crane operations.
