       We promptly replied to the inquiry and provided a detailed quotation. In terms of pricing, we offered a competitive price based on product cost, market positioning, and expected profit. The delivery time is approximately 50 days after receipt of the advance payment. Regarding technical parameters such as lifting capacity, working class, lifting height, travel speed, and leg span, we emphasized the product’s safety features and intelligent characteristics. Our after-sales service commitment includes a one-year warranty period, during which free repairs and parts replacement are provided.

       We negotiated on key terms such as price, payment method, and delivery time. The client hoped for a further 10% price reduction. Due to the high product quality and comprehensive after-sales service, there was limited room for price reduction. However, we agreed to offer a certain discount in the case of long-term cooperation and bulk purchasing. After negotiations, both parties reached an agreement on the payment schedule before delivery. The delivery time was confirmed as 50 days.

       Regarding the technical parameter requirements for the gantry crane, our technical team engaged in in-depth communication with the buyer and proposed reasonable solutions that met the buyer’s specific needs while ensuring the overall performance and quality of the product.

       Both parties signed a formal sales contract, covering one 60-ton rail-mounted container gantry crane, related accessories, after-sales service terms, and other content.
