This is a QC electromagnetic overhead crane with a magnetic cover. 50t/10t, used for sucking steel materials into the ironmaking furnace. The 100t/32t YZ ladle overhead crane was exported to Vietnam.
According to customer requirements, we arranged engineers and experienced technicians to provide free on-site installation guidance for the crane on the requested date, assist the customer with on-site crane adjustment, guide load testing and commissioning, and provide training for the customer. Each overhead crane comes with an instruction manual, and we can also arrange remote technical guidance.

- Strong Load Capacity: The overhead crane has a very strong load capacity, enabling it to easily handle the lifting and transport of magnetic materials such as iron, greatly improving production efficiency. Electromagnetic Disc Design: The QC overhead crane with magnetic disc is equipped with a detachable electromagnetic disc. When current is applied, the electromagnet can securely attract steel objects. When the current is cut off, the magnetism disappears and the objects are released. This design gives the electromagnetic overhead crane a significant advantage in handling magnetic materials.
