Recently, the 400t-105m gantry crane manufactured by Weihua successfully passed the final product acceptance inspection. As an overseas project delivered in 2025, this successful acceptance marks the beginning of Weihua’s order fulfillment.

Product Specifications:

  • Lifting capacity: 400 tons, with an ultra-large load test capacity of up to 500 tons (load test at 1.25 times).
  • Span: 105 meters, suitable for large shipyards and welding platforms.
  • Functions: Equipped with steel structure section lifting and in-air turning functions to meet the operational needs of shipyards.
  • Design considerations: Fully integrated the project site’s geographical location, meteorological conditions (humidity, wind speed), and hydrological environment to ensure stable operation of the equipment under complex working conditions.

Acceptance Process:

The product underwent complete assembly and joint commissioning at the factory, successfully passing operational testing. During the acceptance process, the 400-ton gantry crane successfully lifted a 500-ton load, completing the 1.25x load test. Weihua provided a detailed report to the acceptance expert panel on process design, manufacturing techniques, and performance test results. The product’s exceptional performance and accurate technical specifications earned unanimous recognition from the expert panel.

The successful completion of this acceptance not only demonstrates Weihua’s technical capabilities and production execution ability but also earns high recognition and trust from clients and end-users, laying a solid foundation for further in-depth cooperation.

Other Project Updates:

Since resuming work and production at the beginning of the year, Weihua has successively delivered multiple projects:

  • Yulong Port Project: Two automated quayside container cranes have been transported to the client’s site and are about to be put into operation.
  • 3000t Single-girder Gantry Crane: Currently undergoing on-site testing.
  • 3600t Double-girder Gantry Crane: The first unit has entered the installation and delivery phase.
