Henan Weihua Group specially designed and manufactured a super-large gantry crane—the MG600/80t-24m A5 gantry crane—for China Erzhong Group (Deyang) Heavy Equipment Co., Ltd. This equipment is primarily used to support the assembly of large-scale vessels.
Project Design Features
- 1. Based on the customer’s specific requirements and operating environment, Weihua Crane carried out a fully customized design. The MG600/80t-24m A5 gantry crane not only meets the demands for heavy lifting capacity and high precision, but also optimizes the utilization of available operating space.
- 2. Advanced hoisting mechanisms and control systems are adopted to ensure high precision and stability during the handling and assembly of large vessels. Its unique structural design significantly enhances both safety performance and operational efficiency.
- 3. The MG600/80t gantry crane features a maximum lifting capacity of 600 tons, an auxiliary hook capacity of up to 80 tons, and a span of 24 meters, fully meeting the requirements for handling large-sized and heavy components in heavy equipment manufacturing.

Considering the harsh working conditions typical of the heavy equipment manufacturing industry, Weihua Crane selected high-quality materials and implemented strict quality inspections to ensure excellent wear resistance and corrosion resistance, enabling long-term stable operation in demanding environments.
