In March 2025, Weihua Group successfully delivered and installed five 320-ton ladle cranes for a large steel manufacturing enterprise in Hebei Province, including three 320/80/15t-25m ladle cranes and two 320/80/15t-31m ladle cranes.

Timely Response

After receiving the inquiry for this project, the Weihua team first visited the customer’s production workshop to conduct a detailed on-site survey and technical assessment. Considering the limited space, high operational efficiency requirements, and the need for safe long-term operation, the Weihua technical team ultimately recommended a four-girder, four-rail overhead crane for the customer. They also optimized the structure of the main gearbox to achieve interchangeability between trolley wheels, ensuring the safety and stability of the four-wheel drive system.
