Introduction

      The QY insulated overhead crane is a type of lifting equipment designed for specific industrial environments requiring electrical insulation. It is primarily used in working conditions where electrical isolation is necessary. For example, in the production processes of electrolytic aluminum and calcium carbide, the insulated overhead crane plays a crucial role. Its main purpose is to prevent current from passing through the crane structure, thereby protecting equipment safety.

       The QY insulated overhead crane consists of a robust bridge, crane travel mechanism, hoisting mechanism, electrical equipment, crane hook block, and insulation settings. For electrical insulation purposes, special insulating materials are used in the bridge sections. Insulating layers are installed between metal components to ensure current does not propagate through the bridge crane structure. The hoisting mechanism also requires insulation to guarantee safety when lifting live materials.

       Weihua utilizes efficient insulation materials and technologies, such as ceramics and glass fiber reinforced plastic, for insulating components. Alternatively, we add insulating gaskets between metal contact surfaces to ensure electrical insulation performance between parts.
