On November 18, the award – giving ceremony of the First Employee Vocational Skills Competition, jointly hosted by five departments including the Changyuan City Federation of Trade Unions and the Employment and Entrepreneurship Service Center, successfully concluded at Weihua Intelligent Industrial Park.
With the theme of “Craftsmanship Builds Dreams, Skills Win the Future”, this competition closely focused on five fields: equipment manufacturing, electricity, healthcare, public security, and e – commerce, with a total of 16 competition events set up. As the core organizer, Henan Weihua gave full play to its leading industrial advantages and built a professional competition platform for three key equipment – manufacturing events: welders, overhead crane operators, and forklift operators, attracting 150 skilled elites from various enterprises in the city to compete on the same stage.

In this competition, the Henan Weihua participating team performed particularly outstandingly. They not only swept the championships, first – runners – up, and second – runners – up in two equipment – manufacturing events, leading the industry echelon with 38 winning players. Among them, Tao Yongfang and Feng Qingjie from Henan Weihua won the first prize in the overhead crane operator and welder events respectively.
At the same time, Henan Weihua, with its outstanding organizational capabilities and competition – hosting standards, was honored with the “Outstanding Organization Award”, achieving a double harvest of “wonderful competition – hosting and excellent participation”.
