The CD₁ (MD₁) electric hoist is a light and small lifting equipment, with main capacities ranging from 0.5 to 16 tons. It can be installed on single-girder hoist cranes, overhead cranes, gantry cranes, and jib cranes. With slight modifications, it can also be used as a winch. Therefore, it is one of the commonly used pieces of lifting equipment in material handling sites such as factories, mines, ports, warehouses, and freight yards, and is essential machinery for improving labor efficiency and working conditions.

Introduction

CD1(MD1) Electric Hoist is a light and small lifting equipment, with main capacities ranging from 0.5 to 16t. It can be installed on single-girder hoist cranes, overhead cranes, gantry cranes, and jib cranes. With slight modifications, it can also be used as a winch. Therefore, it is one of the commonly used lifting equipment in material handling sites such as factories, mines, ports, warehouses, and freight yards, and is essential machinery for improving labor efficiency and working conditions.

The CD1 type electric hoist has a standard lifting speed, meeting general usage requirements. The MD1 type electric hoist features two lifting speeds – standard and slow. The slow speed operation meets the requirements of精细作业 such as precision loading/unloading, mold clamping, and machine tool maintenance. Therefore, the MD1 type electric hoist has a wider range of applications compared to the CD1 type electric hoist.

To meet the requirements of larger tonnage lifting operations, our factory also produces WH20T and 32T electric hoists.
