Weihua explosion-proof electric hoists are specialized lifting equipment designed for flammable and explosive environments, effectively preventing the ignition of hazardous gases and ensuring production safety.
The key to an explosion-proof electric hoist lies in its special “flameproof” design. This means that all components that could potentially produce sparks, arcs, or high temperatures—such as the motor, electrical control box, and button switch—are enclosed within a special flameproof housing. Even if an explosion occurs internally, the housing prevents flames and high temperatures from escaping, thereby not igniting hazardous gases in the surrounding environment. Additionally, the travel mechanism is treated to be spark-resistant, and exposed explosion-proof components may be made of special non-sparking materials, eliminating ignition sources from multiple aspects.
The explosion-proof markings include ExdIIBT4, ExdIICT4, DIPA21TA, T4, and Exd I Mb, etc. The working environment temperature range is -20℃ ~ 40℃.
