Suction & unloading capacity:65~80t/h
The multi-purpose baking crane is a specialized crane equipped with a vacuum material conveying system, a dust removal and cooling system, and an anode carbon block clamping device. It is a process-line specific crane serving the anode carbon block baking process, functioning as the dedicated operating equipment for anode carbon block baking furnaces.

The multi-purpose baking crane is mainly composed of a tool trolley, bridge, crane travel mechanism, auxiliary hoisting mechanism, and electrical control system. The tool trolley consists of a suction/discharge system, a clamping device, a trolley frame, a trolley travel mechanism, and an operator’s cab. The entire crane uses frequency conversion plus PLC control. The specific functions are shown in the table below:
| Component | Core Function and Description |
|---|---|
| 1. Bridge | The main load-bearing structure of the crane, supporting all equipment and loads. |
| 2. Tool Trolley | Core working unit, typically including: • Clamping Mechanism: Used for gripping anode carbon blocks. • Suction/Discharge System: Used for extracting and filling packing material. • Operator’s Cab: Integrated with air conditioning, providing a comfortable environment for the operator following the trolley. |
| 3. Crane Travel Mechanism | Drives the entire crane to move longitudinally along the workshop rails, enabling transfer across bays. |
| 4. Auxiliary Hoisting Mechanism | Usually refers to an additional auxiliary electric hoist, used for lifting components like burners during maintenance and repair. |
| 5. Electrical Control System | The “brain” of the equipment. Commonly utilizes PLC control and variable frequency speed regulation to achieve precise and smooth movements. |
