Introduction

The cement production process is complex, involving multiple steps from raw materials to raw meal, clinker, and finally to finished products leaving the factory, including grinding, mixing, calcination, and storage. There are many material types, and the production process requires attention to the proportioning of various raw materials. Manual operation is inefficient and prone to fatigue. Using intelligent cranes to automatically lift corresponding raw materials according to demand proportioning significantly improves production efficiency.

Weihua’s AICrane system proposes a series of solutions to address difficulties in unmanned crane application scenarios in the cement industry, such as material chute blockage, material accumulation, and poor real-time accuracy of height recognition. It continuously optimizes multi-mechanism联动 to improve operational efficiency and precise control of four-rope grabs to enhance the filling rate, ensuring the high-intensity production rhythm requirements of cement manufacturing.

Product Features

  • The system has four operation modes: fully automatic, semi-automatic, remote manual, and on-site manual. Under normal working conditions, it operates in fully automatic mode. Shift tasks (various batching amounts required during the shift period) are entered into the remote control center (manually or via the factory MES system), and the crane automatically completes the tasks.
  • Operational tasks are divided into: feeding, material transfer, and leveling the stockpile. The system automatically assigns the crane to perform corresponding operations based on production task conditions.
  • Features a semi-automatic function: manually set the grabbing point (area) and discharge point (area) along with the number of cycles, and initiate the dispatch task with one click.
  • The interface represents material height through color depth based on backend data, updating height data in real-time via laser scanning, providing a clear overview of inventory status.
