Introduction

Rail-mounted container gantry cranes are suitable for handling and loading/unloading international standard containers in container yards and railway container transfer stations. They are electric-powered cranes supported on rails by steel wheels. Their design, manufacturing, and inspection comply with domestic and international standards such as DIN, FEM, IEC, AWS, GB, as well as newly promulgated national standards. This crane features stable performance, long service life, high production efficiency, wide operating range, and convenient use, maintenance, and upkeep. It consists of the crane, gantry frame, cable reel, trolley, and specialized container spreader. It is equipped with comprehensive safety indications and overload protection devices to effectively ensure the safety of operators and equipment. The electrical drive adopts fully digital AC frequency conversion and PLC control speed regulation technology, offering flexible control and high precision. Standard components from domestic and international brands ensure the overall quality of the machine.
