On October 15, the 2025 China (Zhengzhou) Heavy – duty Mechanical Equipment Exhibition, hosted by the China Heavy Machinery Industry Association, kicked off at the Zhengzhou Zhongyuan International Convention and Exhibition Center.

During the exhibition, Yu Hong, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Vice President of Weihua Group, was invited to attend the 2025 China Heavy Machinery Science and Technology Conference and presented appointment letters to the first batch of chief technicians in the heavy – duty machinery industry. The nuclear island gantry crane on display is used for the hoisting and transportation of key equipment such as steam generators, reactor pressure vessels, and pressure stabilizers in nuclear power plants during the installation stage.
The stainless – steel hot – cell crane is installed in a high – radiation environment and is divided into two parts: inside and outside the hot – cell. The product maintenance part is successfully placed outside the hot – cell where there is no radioactive material, protecting maintenance personnel from radiation damage.
