The LDP electric single girder crane is a light and small crane with ultra-low headroom, also known as an off-set single girder crane. The electric hoist is located on one side of the main girder, which increases the hook’s service space and allows for lower factory building height and cost. Featuring advantages such as a large trolley wheelbase, smooth operation, compact structure, good rigidity, sensitive control, low noise, safety, reliability, and attractive appearance, it is widely used in places where the ambient working temperature ranges from -25°C to +40°C and the workshop has relatively low headroom.
The LDP electric single girder crane is designed and manufactured according to GB/T 3811-2008 and JB/T 1306-2008 standards. It is a light lifting device used in conjunction with CD and MD electric hoists. Its rated load is 3t-10t, span is 7.5m~22.5m, working class is A3 and A4, and lifting height is 6-12m. The main operation modes are ground-based (ground control, remote control, ground + remote control). Non-standard customized designs are also available based on actual working condition requirements.

Structural Composition

The LDP electric single girder crane mainly consists of end carriages, a main girder, a capacity plate, a trolley with angle, and a power supply device. The features of each component are as follows:

• End Carriages: The end carriages connect to the main girder at both ends, providing lateral stability and a load-bearing foundation for the crane. They are the core structure connecting the main girder to the rails, enabling the crane to travel along the rails.
• Main Girder: Responsible for bearing the weight of components such as the hoisting mechanism and trolley, while also supporting the weight of the load during lifting, ensuring the stability and safety of lifting operations.
• Capacity Plate: An identification component located on the main girder or end carriage, used to display the rated capacity.
• Trolley with Angle: A mobile trolley structure on the main girder that carries the hoisting mechanism.
• Power Supply Device: The system that provides electrical power to the crane, including components such as cables, conductor rails, and current collectors. It ensures the power requirements for operations like main girder travel, trolley movement, and hoisting mechanism work, serving as the “power supply guarantee” for the normal operation of the equipment.
