Introduction

The bottom of the main girder features special heat insulation treatment. The working environment temperature is -20~60℃.

It is typically used in conjunction with a metallurgical electric hoist, ensuring reliability and safety in harsh industrial environments such as high temperature and high humidity.


Structural Composition

The single-girder crane mainly consists of a main girder, end carriages, an electric hoist, a travel mechanism, and an electrical control system. The characteristics of each component are as follows:

  • Main Girder: Adopts a box-type or I-beam welded structure, lightweight design, strong load-bearing capacity.
  • End Carriages: Connect the main girder to the track, equipped with high-strength wheels and buffer devices for smooth crane movement.
  • Electric Hoist: Commonly uses a YH metallurgical electric hoist, featuring multiple protection functions such as dual brakes, dual limit switches, and heat shields.
  • Travel Mechanism: Composed of a motor, reducer, and wheels, it drives the crane along the track and supports variable frequency speed regulation.
  • Electrical Control System: Includes a control cabinet, remote controller, or operator’s cab, enabling safe operation and automation functions (such as limit protection).
